Soft spread made exclusively from pure maple syrup.
Also known as maple butter, it is made by crystallizing maple syrup alone, which is boiled, cooled and whipped to a smooth, creamy mixture with a buttery consistency, although it contains no dairy-derived ingredients.
Sweet-tasting and versatile, it is great spread on slices of toast, crepes, pancakes or to use as frosting for cakes cookies and pastries or to flavor yogurt and ice cream.
Try it mixed in equal parts with peanut butter for tasty toast or sandwiches.
