  • Peel the avocado, remove the pit and scoop out the pulp. Arrange it in the blender glass and immediately sprinkle it with lime juice to keep it from blackening.

  • Peel the apple, kiwi and cucumber and cut them into not too large pieces.

  • Add all the ingredients to the blender, pour in the water, maple syrup, and ginger powder, and operate until the smoothie has a smooth, even consistency.

  • Serve immediately, adding a couple of ice cubes for added freshness.
