  • Wash the fruit and dry it well.
  • Cut the apricot and strawberries into thin slices and split the raspberries in half.
  • Coarsely chop pistachios.
  • Mix the yogurt with the maple syrup, then transfer it to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread evenly, making a layer just under 1 cm thick.
  • Lay the fruits by sinking them lightly into the yogurt; do the same with the pistachios.
  • Cover the pan with plastic wrap and let cool in the freezer for about 4 hours.
  • Once frozen, roughly break up the frozen yogurt bark and serve immediately
  • You can store them in the freezer, in food bags or in airtight containers.
