Grilled peaches with coconut ricotta and maple syrup
Ingredients

3 not-too-ripe nectarines

100 g of cottage cheese (cow or vegan)

10 g of raped coconut
- 15ml of MapleFarm Pure Maple Syrup – Dark
Instructions

Heat the grill.

Wash and dry the peaches and cut them in half. Remove the stone and brush the cut side with a little maple syrup.

Arrange the peaches on the grill with the cut side facing down and grill them for 3-4 minutes, then cook the other side as well.

Let cool, then arrange 3 halves on each plate.

Cream the ricotta with the raped coconut and maple syrup until smooth.

Create quenelles by helping yourself with two spoons and arrange them on the peaches.
