Grilled peaches with coconut ricotta and maple syrup

Instructions

  • Heat the grill.

  • Wash and dry the peaches and cut them in half. Remove the stone and brush the cut side with a little maple syrup.

  • Arrange the peaches on the grill with the cut side facing down and grill them for 3-4 minutes, then cook the other side as well.

  • Let cool, then arrange 3 halves on each plate.

  • Cream the ricotta with the raped coconut and maple syrup until smooth.

  • Create quenelles by helping yourself with two spoons and arrange them on the peaches.

  • Top with a drizzle of maple syrup and serve immediately.
