  • Peel well ripe bananas and cut them into rounds. Place them in a container with a lid suitable for the freezer and freeze them for at least 5 to 6 hours or overnight.
  • Put the frozen bananas and maple syrup in a blender and run it on high speed until a thick cream like ice cream has formed.
  • Serve the ice cream accompanied by a topping of your taste.
