Ingredients
- 200ml semi-skimmed milk or milk of vegetable origin (soy, rice or oats)
- 60 g frozen blueberries
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 2 tablespoons of MapleFarm Pure peanut butter – crunchy
Instructions
- Pour all the ingredients into the blender and blend well until a creamy consistency is reached.
- To give the smoothie more sweetness, add a teaspoon of maple syrup.
