  • Pour all the ingredients into the blender and blend well until a creamy consistency is reached.
  • To give the smoothie more sweetness, add a teaspoon of maple syrup.
  • To make it even more mouthwatering, add a spoonful of Pure Peanut Butter Crunch as a garnish.
  • It can be stored in the refrigerator for a day, or prepared in advance and frozen in ice containers. It will be enough to blend the ice cubes and you will get a cool and creamy smoothie.
