Ingredients
- 200 g of raw cashews
- 180 g of shredded coconut + extra for coating
- 100 g of MapleFarm Pure maple syrup – Organic Dark

- Matcha powder
- Turmeric powder
- Unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
- Blend the cashews with a mixer until they are powdered.
- Mix the coconut, maple syrup, and peanut butter until you get a smooth and firm dough.
- With dampened hands, take portions of the mixture, about 30 g each, and shape them into balls.
- To create balls with different colors and flavors, coat them with ingredients of your choice. We recommend matcha powder for green ones, turmeric for orange, unsweetened cocoa powder for brown, and shredded coconut for white.
- Store the balls in the fridge.
