Ingredients
For the base:
- 300 g of whole wheat flour
- 50 g of almond flour
- 70 ml of MapleFarm Pure Maple Syrup – Dark
- 70 ml of corn seed oil
- 50 g of water

Instructions
- Pour the whole wheat flour and almond flour into a bowl.
- Combine the maple syrup and seed oil and work with a fork, letting the flours absorb them.
- Combine the water, mix with a spoon, and then use your hands to knead until grainy.
- Transfer the dough to a 23×30 cm rectangular mold lined with baking paper, compact it with your fingers and bake in the preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 25 minutes.
- Once cooked, let cool completely.
- When the base is cold, top it with crunchy peanut butter.
- Transfer the mold to the freezer for at least 1 1/2 hours.
- Meanwhile, melt the chocolate over very low heat.
- Take the baking sheet out of the freezer, remove the baking paper, and cut out many bars about 3×7 cm in size using a sharp, smooth-bladed knife.
- Dip each bar into the chocolate with the help of two forks.
- Let them drip and place them on a wire rack until the chocolate has solidified.
- Let rest in the refrigerator at least an hour before serving.
- Store in the refrigerator, in airtight containers.
