Ingredients
- 70 g whole wheat flour
- 35 ml water
- 1/2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of cinnamon
- one tablespoon of MapleFarm Pure creamy peanut butter
- 4 strawberries
- 10 blueberries
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the whole-wheat flour, salt, and cinnamon.
- Add water and oil and knead until you get a smooth ball
- Let the dough rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Once rested, roll it out thinly.
- In a hot, lightly oiled nonstick skillet, cook 1 minute per side.
- If you do not consume the wrap right away, store it under a cloth to maintain softness. You can make multiple wraps, store them in the freezer and take them out 30 minutes before consumption.
- Wash the fruit and slice the strawberries into slices
- Heat the wrap on a nonstick pan, slather it with peanut butter and sprinkle with strawberry and blueberry slices.
- Roll up the wrap and enjoy it hot.
- You can use your favorite fruit and enrich the wrap with coconut flakes, chocolate chips or granola pieces.
