Choose your favorite products by browsing the site and put them in the cart.
Once all the products in the cart have been added, complete the purchase by proceeding with Checkout.
If you have not already done so, register by entering your email and shipping details and complete the transaction by choosing the payment method by credit card.
Shipments are fully managed by Amazon.
For each order placed, Alpes srl issues an invoice for the material shipped, delivering it directly to the order holder.
For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is authentic.
No change in the invoice will be possible after its issue.
The order will be processed within the next 24/48 hours (excluding holidays and weekends), if there are no problems with the availability of the goods.
In the event that the order cannot be accepted, the customer will be promptly notified.
How can I make the payment?
Credit card. Credit/debit cards are accepted.
The transaction is completely free.

MapleFarm will not be responsible in any way for non-delivery or loss of goods, or for delays in the delivery of orders, in the event that the delivery address provided as a delivery address is incomplete or incorrect.
Is the shipment delayed?
We are very attentive to shipments and we do our best to respect delivery times according to the commitments made for shipments throughout Italy.
If at the time of delivery you are not at the address indicated, the transport company will leave you a notice and will contact you in order to arrange the new delivery.
We remind you that deliveries will be made to the address specified in the order, directly to the door or gate.
The courier has no obligation to deliver within the home or to the floor.
Upon delivery of the package, we ask you to check that the packaging arrives in good condition.
If the outer packaging is defective, the package is broken, opened or appears damaged, it is mandatory to indicate on the delivery note that you accept with reserve and for what reason, even if it is a digital delivery note.

In case our specialties have not met your expectations, we offer an easy return policy.
It is possible to return your purchase without any justification within 30 days from the delivery date.
