Buying online at MapleFarm is quick and easy!

Choose your favorite products by browsing the site and add them to the cart.
Once you have added all the products to your cart, complete the purchase by proceeding with checkout.
If you haven’t already done so, register by entering your email and shipping details and complete the transaction by choosing the payment method you prefer, Credit Card or PayPal
.Shipments are made via SDA courier.

For each order placed, Alpes srl issues a receipt for the material shipped, delivering it directly to the order holder.
For issuing the receipt, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is valid.
No changes to the receipt will be possible after it has been issued.

The order will be processed within the following 24/48 hours (excluding holidays and weekends), if there are no problems with the availability of the goods.
Alpes srl ships from Monday to Friday.
In the event that the order cannot be accepted, the customer will be promptly notified.

Shipping costs are explicitly highlighted when placing the order.
In any case, they amount to €5.90 for orders of less than €29.90 and are always free for orders over €29.90, net of any discounts or promotions.

Payments

Our site offers you different payment methods: Credit Card and Paypal.

Credit Card: Postepay, VISA or Mastercard credit cards are accepted.

Paypal. If you have a Paypal account, you can make the payment at the end of your order by selecting Paypal as the payment method. You will be redirected to the official Paypal website where you can log in with your account to proceed with the payment.
With all credit cards or prepaid cards (Postepay), you can sign up for free on Paypal.

Shipping

MapleFarm products are shipped throughout Italy, including the islands and San Marino within 24/48 hours of placing the order, from Monday to Friday.

Shipments are always free for orders over €29.90, net of any discounts or promotions, regardless of the weight and destination of the order. If the total amount is less than €29.90, the delivery costs amount to €5.90 and are explicitly highlighted when placing the order.

All shipments are made via express courier.

Attention.
We kindly ask you to pay close attention that the correct delivery address is indicated when ordering, including the exact postcode.
MapleFarm will in no way be responsible for non-delivery or loss of goods, nor for delays in the delivery of orders, in the event that the delivery address provided is incomplete or incorrect.

Is your order late?

We are very attentive to shipments and do our utmost to respect delivery times according to the commitments made for shipments throughout Italy.
If you are not at the address indicated at the time of delivery, the transport company will leave you a notice and will contact you to arrange the new delivery.

We remind you that deliveries will be made to the address specified in the order, directly to the door or gate. The courier has no obligation to deliver inside the home or on the floor.

Upon delivery of the package we ask you to check that the packaging arrives in good condition.
If the external packaging is defective, the package is broken, opened or appears damaged, it is mandatory to indicate on the delivery note that it is accepted with reservation and for what reason, even if it is a digital delivery note.

Are you not satisfied with your purchase?

In case our specialties have not met your expectations, we offer an easy returns policy.
It is possible to return your purchase without any justification within 30 days from the delivery date.

In order to obtain an immediate refund it is necessary to send the intact packages by post to the following address:

Once we have received the return package we will provide a full refund of the purchase within 24 hours.
