The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) takes effect on May 25, 2018. The GDPR is a standardized user data protection framework that operates across Europe and imposes obligations on companies such as Alpes Srl, owner of the MapleFarm brand, that handle people’s personal data in the European Economic Area.

Account deletion
It is possible to request permanent deletion of your account, related personal information, delivery address, destination address and order history by sending an email to servizio.clienti@maplefarm.it.
Once the deletion has been made, no restoration will be possible.
