Instructions

  • Toast the bread slices a few minutes and keep them aside.
  • Cut the figs in half and place a walnut in the middle.
  • Spread each bruschetta with robiola cheese.
  • Lay a slice of bresaola in the center of the slice of bread.
  • Place a fig and a mint leaf on top.
  • Using a teaspoon, pour maple syrup all over the bruschetta.
