Panna cotta with maple syrup is a dessert with a pastry presentation that will amaze even the most demanding guests.

In the vegan version it is suitable for everyone and is also lighter, for an elegant, soft, creamy and aromatic end of a meal without too much guilt.

Panna cotta with maple syrup

Ingredients

  • 8 grams of vegan gelatine – Agar Agar
  • 250 ml of cold water
  • 125 ml of almond milk
  • 110 g diMapleFarm Pure maple syrup – Amber
  • 400ml coconut milk (from a full-fat can)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Pour the agar agar in cold water into a bowl and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes, gently heat the almond milk, maple syrup, coconut milk and vegan gelatin mixture in a saucepan.
  • When it starts to boil, remove from the heat.
  • Add the vanilla extract.
  • Place the molds on a baking tray
  • Fill the molds halfway with the mixture
  • Leave to cool and then cover with cling film.
  • Place in the fridge to firm up for a minimum of 4 hours or ideally overnight.
  • Before serving, cover the panna cotta with maple syrup.
